Aportando una destacada trayectoria de 37 a\u00f1os de servicio activo en la Fuerza Aeroespacial Colombiana (FAC), se ha consolidado como un experto integral en \u00e1reas de seguridad, inteligencia, ciencia, tecnolog\u00eda y gesti\u00f3n humana. Su s\u00f3lida formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica incluye el t\u00edtulo de Administrador Aeron\u00e1utico de la Escuela Militar de Aviaci\u00f3n Marco Fidel Su\u00e1rez y una Maestr\u00eda en Seguridad y Defensa Nacional de la Escuela Superior de Guerra Rafael Reyes Prieto. Esta preparaci\u00f3n directiva se complementa con una Especializaci\u00f3n en Gerencia Estrat\u00e9gica y estudios en el Programa de Alta Direcci\u00f3n Empresarial, ambos de la Universidad de La Sabana, conocimientos que le han permitido destacarse como asesor estrat\u00e9gico en procesos de paz y resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos, as\u00ed como en la gesti\u00f3n de proyectos de infraestructura cr\u00edtica y talento humano. Club Militar, una historia de m\u00e1s de seis d\u00e9cadas La historia del Club Militar comenz\u00f3 el 28 de marzo de 1954 cuando el entonces Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Teniente General Gustavo Rojas Pinilla, orden\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de una entidad destinada a facilitar cultura y bienestar a los miembros de las fuerzas militares en actividad o en uso de buen retiro, desarrollando as\u00ed la ley 124 de 1948. Dos a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, el 13 de junio de 1956, el Presidente Rojas Pinilla hizo entrega formal del Club al ministro de Guerra, Mayor General Gabriel Paris; y a los comandantes de las Fuerzas Militares, Mayor General Alfredo Duarte Blum; del Ej\u00e9rcito, Mayor General Pedro A. Mu\u00f1oz; de la Armada, Capit\u00e1n de Fragata, Jaime Eraso Annexy; de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea, Coronel Alberto Pauwels Rodr\u00edguez; de las Fuerzas de Polic\u00eda, Brigadier General Deogracias Fonseca; as\u00ed como al comandante de la Brigada de Institutos Militares, Brigadier General Rafael Navas Pardo. Las instalaciones del Club fueron construidas en su totalidad por los Ingenieros Militares y su direcci\u00f3n estuvo a cargo del General Rafael Navas Pardo.
