Se surtir\u00e1 mediante anotaci\u00f3n e inserci\u00f3n en estado electr\u00f3nico, en el que deber\u00e1 constar: 1. El n\u00famero de radicaci\u00f3n del expediente. 2. La indicaci\u00f3n de los nombres y apellidos del disciplinable. Si varias personas son disciplinables, bastar\u00e1 la designaci\u00f3n de la primera de ellas a\u00f1adiendo la expresi\u00f3n \u201cy otros\u201d. 3. Fecha de la decisi\u00f3n que se notifica. 4. Fecha en que se surte la notificaci\u00f3n y la firma del secretario o del funcionario competente. 5. La fecha del estado. El estado podr\u00e1 ser consultado en l\u00ednea, bajo la responsabilidad del secretario o del funcionario que adelanta el proceso. La inserci\u00f3n en el estado se har\u00e1 al d\u00eda siguiente de la fecha del auto o providencia. El estado se insertar\u00e1 en los medios electr\u00f3nicos de los que disponga la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n. La notificaci\u00f3n por estado llevar\u00e1 inserta la providencia o decisi\u00f3n que se quiera notificar. Deber\u00e1 enviarse mensaje de datos al disciplinable y\/o su apoderado comunic\u00e1ndole la existencia del estado. Solo el disciplinable y su defensor tendr\u00e1n acceso al estado por medio electr\u00f3nico. De las notificaciones hechas por estado, el secretario o el funcionario que adelanta la actuaci\u00f3n dejar\u00e1 constancia dentro del expediente en el que se profiri\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n notificada. En aquellas dependencias en donde no sea posible cumplir con el estado electr\u00f3nico, el estado se fijar\u00e1 en un lugar visible de la secretar\u00eda o en la oficina del funcionario competente para adelantar la actuaci\u00f3n, al comenzar la primera hora h\u00e1bil del respectivo d\u00eda, y se desfijar\u00e1 al finalizar la \u00faltima hora h\u00e1bil del mismo.
