Una vez realizado el pago dir\u00edjase a la Oficina de Recreaci\u00f3n y Deportes para diligenciar e formulario de inscripci\u00f3n 2022; si la inscripci\u00f3n es para varias disciplinas deportivas, solo es necesario diligenciar un formulario. &nbsp;Para la inscripci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 presentar en la Oficina de Recreaci\u00f3n y Deportes los siguientes documentos de quien tomar\u00e1 el curso: Fotocopia del documento de identidad. Fotocopia del carn\u00e9 de vacunaci\u00f3n para Covid-19 en el que se evidencie, como m\u00ednimo, el inicio del esquema de vacunaci\u00f3n. Dos (2) fotograf\u00edas 3&#215;4 4. Una vez cumplidos estos requisitos podr\u00e1 diligenciar la escarapela que acredita la inscripci\u00f3n a los cursos y que deber\u00e1 presentar al profesor en cada clase. Se exhorta a todos los usuarios para que intensifiquen las medidas de autocuidado (uso adecuado de tapabocas, cumplimiento del aforo m\u00e1ximo, distanciamiento f\u00edsico, lavado de manos, iniciar o completar el esquema de vacunaci\u00f3n para Covid-19, y aislamiento en caso de presentar s\u00edntomas gripales). NOTA: Para la clase de nataci\u00f3n es indispensable llevar gorro, traje de ba\u00f1o y toalla. Para el curso de matronataci\u00f3n los ni\u00f1os deben ingresar con un adulto responsable y los menores de 3 a\u00f1os o que no controlen esf\u00ednteres, deben hacerlo con pa\u00f1al para piscina. Es importante tener en cuenta que durante las clases los ni\u00f1os deben estar acompa\u00f1ados por un adulto responsable. &nbsp;Para tenis cada practicante debe utilizar su propia raqueta. Las bolas son suministradas por el profesor. En caso de lluvia las clases se desarrollar\u00e1n en espacio cerrado, con ejercicios de habilidades. Solo se repondr\u00e1n clases por incapacidad m\u00e9dica, para lo cual se debe presentar la correspondiente certificaci\u00f3n.&nbsp; No se permite cancelar los cursos en fechas no establecidas y correr las fechas de inicio o finalizaci\u00f3n de los cursos.
