Por lo anterior, es importante resaltar que en materia financiera la entidad ha experimentado cambios sustanciales en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, desde la necesidad de una recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, la retoma del control de las operaciones cambiando el modelo de tercerizaci\u00f3n de almacenes, restaurantes y eventos que se tuvo durante alg\u00fan tiempo, perdiendo por completo el control de sus costos y reduciendo los m\u00e1rgenes de rentabilidad, hasta finalmente la depuraci\u00f3n y saneamiento de sus operaciones contables con la implementaci\u00f3n del nuevo Marco Normativo para Entidades de Gobierno, logrando obtener unos Estados Financieros bajo est\u00e1ndares internacionales de informaci\u00f3n. Lo anterior, aunado con la revisi\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n permanente de los procesos y procedimientos que desde el Grupo de Gesti\u00f3n Financiera se han implementado para contribuir a la mejora continua del Club Militar, como una organizaci\u00f3n l\u00edder en la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de bienestar para los miembros de las Fuerzas Militares, Polic\u00eda Nacional y sus familias. En el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o se han venido adelantando procesos de mejora con los cuales se ha optimizado el manejo, control y administraci\u00f3n de los recursos obtenidos de nuestros Socios, para el funcionamiento y operaci\u00f3n de las l\u00edneas de negocio, continuando con la revisi\u00f3n, an\u00e1lisis y seguimiento riguroso de las transacciones con efecto financiero, que permitan obtener informaci\u00f3n confiable para una efectiva toma de decisiones por parte de la administraci\u00f3n y dem\u00e1s \u00e1reas interesadas. Continuamos trabajando en la optimizaci\u00f3n de procesos a trav\u00e9s del software misional ERP SEVEN, con el fin de potencializar su funcionalidad y poder generar los reportes necesarios para el an\u00e1lisis de la informaci\u00f3n financiera. Es importante recalcar que durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se ha venido estructurando y mejorando en el sistema los procesos de cartera, costos, inventarios, activos fijos, tesorer\u00eda y presupuesto, de tal manera que se cuente con informaci\u00f3n fidedigna y en tiempo real.
