De igual forma siempre busca apaciguar los momentos m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de la vida y, por su ternura y autentica mirada maternal, puede generar en el otro la fortaleza y alegr\u00eda necesarias para encontrar el camino correcto. La mujer tiene&nbsp; la capacidad infinita de establecer&nbsp; relaciones de confianza, lo que la obliga a comunicarse de forma muy diferente a los hombres. Este tipo de comportamiento, propio de las mujeres, es una caracter\u00edstica que nos permite realizar diferentes roles en la sociedad como esposas, madres, profesionales entre muchas cosas m\u00e1s, logrando la conciliaci\u00f3n entre la vida familiar y laboral, ganando su lugar en diferentes \u00e1mbitos: cultural, social, laboral, pol\u00edtico, militar y hasta religioso, a pesar de todos los obst\u00e1culos que la misma sociedad impone. Por su tenacidad y templanza, me permito resaltar a las mujeres que hacen parte de las filas de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, realizando un sinn\u00famero de aportes y cambios que han sido muy positivos en el transcurrir de las misiones militares y policivas del pa\u00eds y en la propia cotidianidad institucional. Las relaciones humanas e interpersonales, por ejemplo, se hicieron m\u00e1s cordiales, m\u00e1s amables, m\u00e1s bondadosas. Asimismo, pasaron a manejarse con m\u00e1s sensibilidad varios aspectos exclusivos del devenir militar que demandan cierto manejo acad\u00e9mico, ciertas destrezas y habilidades femeninas que hacen m\u00e1s pr\u00e1cticos y, a la vez m\u00e1s flexibles, los desarrollos en los procesos de estas \u00e1reas; esto, sobre todo, en las gestiones que se adelantan en busca de la paz. &nbsp; Todo lo relacionado anteriormente ha generado la mejor satisfacci\u00f3n en el servicio que la mujer presta hasta la fecha en el \u00e1mbito militar, y lo m\u00e1s importante, sin nunca perder su feminidad.
