Y al igual que en Bogot\u00e1 y Las Mercedes, en la Sede de Sochagota se realizan permanentemente actividades de remodelaci\u00f3n, mantenimiento, reparaci\u00f3n y modernizaci\u00f3n para beneficio de los visitantes, como es el caso de los trabajos que se vienen adelantando en las \u00faltimas semanas. En ese sentido, se destaca la labor destinada al cuidado de la Planta de Tratamiento de Agua Potable, el arreglo del cuarto de bombas y el lavado de los tanques de reserva de agua potable, que fueron desocupados en su totalidad para permitir una inspecci\u00f3n f\u00edsica de la estructura y su limpieza a fondo. Los trabajos tambi\u00e9n contemplan el mantenimiento de la terraza de la piscina, el arreglo del puente y la pintura de la baranda de seguridad que rodea a la piscina. A ello se agrega la adecuaci\u00f3n y remodelaci\u00f3n de la Oficina donde funciona el \u00e1rea de Eventos; de la despensa de la panader\u00eda y del cuarto de aseo del \u00e1rea de Alimentos y Bebidas. Por otra parte, se remodelaron, adecuaron y enchaparon las paredes del almac\u00e9n general y de los cuartos fr\u00edos, y se efectu\u00f3 un mantenimiento a fondo de las Zonas H\u00famedas para ofrecer mayor confort a sus usuarios. Esta actividad incluy\u00f3, entre otras, obras para mejorar el techo de sus instalaciones y el \u00e1rea del ba\u00f1o turco. Los amantes de la lectura, estudiantes o quienes quieren trabajar un poco, cuentan ahora con un espacio m\u00e1s c\u00e1lido y atractivo para esas actividades, localizado al lado de la recepci\u00f3n de la Sede. Estamos seguros de que se enamorar\u00e1n del lugar. Pero los trabajos han ido m\u00e1s all\u00e1, extendi\u00e9ndose a la iluminaci\u00f3n de la parte trasera del Centro de Convenciones, la instalaci\u00f3n de ventiladores en la zona de lavander\u00eda, la demarcaci\u00f3n y se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edas; y al resane y pintura de las paredes del Sal\u00f3n de Eventos. En cuanto al \u00e1rea de habitaciones del hotel, las caba\u00f1as y las zonas comunes, han sido sometidas tambi\u00e9n a intensos trabajos de conservaci\u00f3n, todo ello, como lo hemos se\u00f1alado, para hacer de su Sede Sochagota un&hellip;"}
