Que por oficio No 29585\/CEDET-SJ-114 de fecha 21 de junio de 1994, el entonces comandante del Ej\u00e9rcito, General Hern\u00e1n Jos\u00e9 Guzm\u00e1n Rodr\u00edguez, conceptu\u00f3 que el se\u00f1or mayor (RA), MARIO FERNANDO GALEANO S\u00c1NCHEZ, una vez retirado del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional por llamamiento a calificar servicios, no deb\u00eda ser aceptado como Socio Efectivo del Club Militar de Oficiales. 2. Que la Junta Directiva del Club Militar (hoy Consejo Directivo), en reuni\u00f3n de fecha 11 de agosto de 1994, y en Acta No.377, por unanimidad dio concepto desfavorable al ingreso como Socio Efectivo del se\u00f1or mayor (RA) MARIO FERNANDO GALEANO S\u00c1NCHEZ, decisi\u00f3n que fue comunicada al Oficial con fecha 13 de septiembre de 1994, quien no interpuso recurso alguno por v\u00eda administrativa. 3. Que en reuni\u00f3n celebrada el 11 de octubre de 1995, la Junta Directiva del Club, seg\u00fan Acta No. 390, reconsider\u00f3 la solicitud de admisi\u00f3n como Socio Efectivo del se\u00f1or mayor (RA) MARIO FERNANDO GALEANO S\u00c1NCHEZ, confirmando la decisi\u00f3n anterior de no admitirlo como Socio Efectivo, determinaci\u00f3n que le fue comunicada al solicitante mediante oficio 413 CM CDSS 93 del 12 de octubre de 1995. 4. Que la Junta Directiva del Club Militar en reuni\u00f3n de fecha 19 de abril de 1996, en Acta No. 396, por unanimidad dio concepto desfavorable al ingreso como Socio Efectivo del se\u00f1or mayor (RA) MARIO FERNANDO GALEANO S\u00c1NCHEZ. Por lo anterior, el Director del Club Militar ratifica: Que el se\u00f1or mayor (RA), MARIO FERNANDO GALEANO S\u00c1NCHEZ, dej\u00f3 de ser socio del Club Militar desde el a\u00f1o 1994 cuando fue llamado a calificar servicios (\u2026) &nbsp;Bogot\u00e1 D.C., 5 de febrero de 2019\u201d (Hasta aqu\u00ed apartes del comunicado mencionado).
