De acuerdo con dichos Estatutos, los socios del Club Militar tienen las siguientes categor\u00edas: a) Socio Activo Honorario. Tienen esta categor\u00eda: el Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, el Ministro de Defensa Nacional, el Comandante de las Fuerzas Militares, el Comandante del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional, el Comandante de la Armada Nacional, el Comandante de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Colombiana y el Director General de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, en ejercicio de sus cargos. b) Socio Activo. Pertenecen a esta categor\u00eda: los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Polic\u00eda Nacional en servicio activo, que sean admitidos como socios, mantengan tal situaci\u00f3n y hasta por el t\u00e9rmino de los tres (3) meses de alta por retiro; que no hayan sido separados por las causales determinadas en el Estatuto. c) Socio Efectivo. Tienen esta categor\u00eda los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Polic\u00eda Nacional en retiro, que gocen de asignaci\u00f3n de retiro o pension; re\u00fanan los requisitos establecidos en el Estatuto (entre otros, haber solicitado su retiro de la Fuerza por voluntad propia); y que no hayan sido separados del Club por las causales determinadas en el Estatuto. d) Socio Afiliado. Tienen esta categor\u00eda las personas naturales o jur\u00eddicas que sean admitidas como Socios, mantengan tal condici\u00f3n y no hayan sido separadas del Club por las causales determinadas en el Estatuto."}
