En anteriores oportunidades&nbsp; hemos informado sobre la dif\u00edcil situaci\u00f3n en la que se encontraba el Club Militar al momento de la llegada de la actual administraci\u00f3n, como se ha demostrado por parte de los organismos judiciales y de control. Conscientes de esa situaci\u00f3n y con el deseo firme de superar esa realidad, nos empe\u00f1amos en tratar de conseguir resultados positivos en el corto plazo, a pesar de la falta de informaci\u00f3n confiable, en todas las \u00e1reas, que nos permitiera tener una base firme para emprender el camino. La cartera del Club no fue ajena a esa situaci\u00f3n. Como todos sabemos, el combustible que hace posible que esta entidad funcione, es el aporte de los socios y los ingresos por servicios de alojamiento y consumo de bebidas y alimentos, especialmente, ya que no contamos con recurso alguno del Estado. Infortunadamente, la falta de aplicaci\u00f3n de un sistema organizado, moderno y eficaz en el \u00e1rea de cartera, ocasion\u00f3 graves distorsiones que impidieron, inicialmente, establecer y precisar un estado de cuentas real de los socios, en raz\u00f3n a que por alg\u00fan tiempo, anterior al 2017, se dejaron de hacer descuentos por consumos o cuotas, o simplemente nunca se hicieron. A esa situaci\u00f3n de manejo administrativo y financiero se han venido sumando, en a\u00f1os recientes, otros elementos que afectan el recaudo de cartera, en detrimento de la salud financiera del Club, y que queremos que nuestros socios conozcan de primera mano. Tal vez el m\u00e1s importante tiene que ver con el hecho de que la forma de operar de las cajas pagadoras ha cambiado debido a una normatividad (m\u00ednimo vital) que, entre otras cosas, obliga a que a una persona s\u00f3lo se le pueda descontar \u2018por n\u00f3mina\u2019 un porcentaje de su salario.
