Nota: En la información anterior podrá visualizar en el link https://www.clubmilitar.gov.co/home/planes-de-accion/ PRESUPUESTO PARTICIPATIVO Es un proceso por medio del cual la ciudadanía, a través de la deliberación y la construcción de acuerdos con el Gobierno, asigna un porcentaje de los recursos del presupuesto a programas y proyectos que consideran prioritarios en armonía con el Plan de Desarrollo. En cuanto al presupuesto participativo, es obligatorio para territorio, alcaldías y gobernaciones y no para entidades nacionales según lo dispuesto en los (Art 90, 91, 92 y 93 de la Ley 1557 de 2015). CAJA DE HERRAMIENTAS La caja de herramientas es el conjunto de estrategias y recursos que utiliza la entidad para apoyar pedagógicamente el desarrollo de los ejercicios de planeación participativa Caja de Herramientas HERRAMIENTA DE EVALUACIÓN El Club Militar cuenta con una Encuesta de Satisfacción Espacios de Participación Ciudadana que sirve como herramienta para conocer la percepción de los grupos de valor en relación con los espacios de participación ciudadana.
