Una vez confirmada se le entregará una ficha por persona y curso a tomar. Diríjase a la Caja Principal, presente la ficha y realice el pago con tarjeta débito o crédito exclusivamente. (Sin Ficha, no será posible realizar el pago y no podrá ingresar a clase, teniendo en cuenta que se maneja un límite de cupos por profesor). Una vez realizado el pago diríjase a la Oficina de Recreación y Deportes para diligenciar e formulario de inscripción 2022; si la inscripción es para varias disciplinas deportivas, solo es necesario diligenciar un formulario. Para la inscripción deberá presentar en la Oficina de Recreación y Deportes los siguientes documentos de quien tomará el curso: Fotocopia del documento de identidad. Fotocopia del carné de vacunación para Covid-19 en el que se evidencie, como mínimo, el inicio del esquema de vacunación. Dos (2) fotografías 3×4 4. Una vez cumplidos estos requisitos podrá diligenciar la escarapela que acredita la inscripción a los cursos y que deberá presentar al profesor en cada clase. Se exhorta a todos los usuarios para que intensifiquen las medidas de autocuidado (uso adecuado de tapabocas, cumplimiento del aforo máximo, distanciamiento físico, lavado de manos, iniciar o completar el esquema de vacunación para Covid-19, y aislamiento en caso de presentar síntomas gripales). NOTA: Para la clase de natación es indispensable llevar gorro, traje de baño y toalla. Para el curso de matronatación los niños deben ingresar con un adulto responsable y los menores de 3 años o que no controlen esfínteres, deben hacerlo con pañal para piscina. Es importante tener en cuenta que durante las clases los niños deben estar acompañados por un adulto responsable. Para tenis cada practicante debe utilizar su propia raqueta. Las bolas son suministradas por el profesor. En caso de lluvia las clases se desarrollarán en espacio cerrado, con ejercicios de habilidades. Solo se repondrán clases por incapacidad médica, para lo cual se debe presentar la correspondiente certificación.
