Sabemos que no será un período fácil para muchos, especialmente por las consecuencias que sigue generando la pandemia en las vidas de cada uno de nosotros, como también en la economía y funcionamiento de entidades como la nuestra. Sin embargo, nuestro deseo es que la salud y el bienestar estén presentes siempre y en cada uno de sus hogares, y que la senda del éxito y la prosperidad marque el camino a lo largo de este 2021. El 2020 fue, sin lugar a dudas, un período difícil e imposible de predecir, lo que obligó al mundo a reinventarse y, a todos y cada uno de nosotros, a modificar nuestro estilo de vida. Como Club Militar, la pandemia nos afectó, pero hemos sabido aprovecharla para generar oportunidades de éxito. En consecuencia, y con el objetivo de llevar a nuestra nave a buen puerto, hemos definido al 2021 como el año de la Perseverancia, y para ello hemos puesto en marcha un plan de acción que tiene como objetivos: administrar el talento humano para el fortalecimiento de competencias, habilidades y aptitudes como servidores públicos; y robustecer el proceso jurídico del Club con fundamento en la normatividad vigente para el cierre de brechas organizacionales. Igualmente, generar lineamientos estratégicos que orienten la entidad al cumplimiento de la misión, visión y objetivos institucionales; evaluar la efectividad del Sistema de Control Interno para el mejoramiento continuo en la gestión institucional y, gestionar el plan de mercadeo 2021 acorde con la nueva realidad de los socios del Club Militar. Este Plan de Acción implica, entre otros aspectos, emprender la recuperación de las instalaciones de las sedes Principal, Las Mercedes y Sochagota, para lo cual se hace necesario invertir en su mantenimiento y adaptación conforme con los protocolos de bioseguridad decretados por el gobierno para combatir el COVID-19. Estamos seguros de que así lograremos la prestación de mejores servicios de recreación, cultura y bienestar social para nuestros socios, cuya satisfacción redundará en altos niveles de fidelización y, necesariamente, en la ampliación de la familia del Club, con la presencia de las nuevas generaciones de oficiales de las escuelas de formación, así como de quienes…
